Rates and Reservations

Rates-Policies

• We are open from May 15th thru October 28th.
• $125 per night for two people. Additional persons $15 per night each.
• State and local taxes will be added to these rates.
• Maximum capacity: 5 people per night.
• Two night minimum. Weekly rates: Stay for 6 nights and get the 7th night free!
• Check In: 3 pm Check Out: 12 pm.
• No Smoking and no pets are allowed in the cottage.
• You will be exuberantly greeted however, by our Jack Russell Terrier “Fiona”
  and our Lab mix “Bianca”.
• Boarding kennels are available in Ashland.

• Reservations may be made by telephone, email or click here or Calendar below
  for availability and reservation requests.

• Deposit by credit card for the first night is required to hold the reservation.
  Then, a written confirmation will be emailed to you.
• Cancellations: Full refund of deposit for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to date of stay.  If less than 14 days, deposit will be refunded as a gift certificate.
